OUR MISSION
To elevate all women by helping them gain the tools, knowledge and confidence to take wealth-building firmly into their own hands.
As we continue to grow, learn, and transform our passionate desire is to empower and educate women at all levels and stages and inform programs that WOW is developing for schools and children, as well as for women in unfortunate situations, such as those in shelters. We move women into financial literacy, financial fluency and financial mastery - for the good of all mankind.

Community Development
WOW's vision is to equip all women with a foundation to build personal abundance. We offer support in growth and address inner as well as outer hurdles that women face in seeking to build wealth and security.
We are continually collaborating with other organizations to expand positive financial impact in the lives of all.
Energetic Support
"Lifting as We Climb” is the idea that there should be no ceiling to what is possible for us as women. When we all rise together, the world becomes a better place. Great things happen when women have (and control) their money.
Downtown Women's Center of Los Angeles
Our pilot program with the Downtown Women's Center of Los Angeles was created to provide women and staff at DWC with a foundation for building personal abundance. Our goal starts with addressing inner and outer hurdles that women (especially disadvantaged women) face in seeking to build wealth and security. Our continued collaboration will expand positive financial impact in the lives these women.
As we speak to women, we bring them tools to equip them to rise out of homelessness. As we began planning, we realized that before we could even begin speaking to these women about money, we let them know that we see them, we hear them, and we meet them where they are. At times this meant brainstorming ways to help them open a bank account, which some have never done before. This also meant speaking to them about finding a job, how to dress for an interview, and how to practice positive self talk to prepare for the interview process.

Workshops
Our vision is to offer various levels of workshops to women in all situations to build their financial foundation and beyond, all the way from coming out of homelessness to the building blocks to starting a business correctly, all the way to financial mastery and independence. The base of that foundation is where your donations will help springboard our movement toward empowering women not only in financial wealth, also in the areas of mental wealth, and setting them up for success.
WOW also approaches workshops by providing resources to equip our bodies and minds to receive education that will prepare us to receive the information to build financial foundations and successes. When we are connecting with other women, we often have no idea what they are going through and even more often protect themselves from others knowing their circumstances. When we create an open, trusting, non-judgmental environment it allows us to set the stage for growth. Our mental, physical, and physiological state is often overlooked when we are creating environments to equip and educate women to step into their purpose and take back control of their lives.
